I arrived 15 minutes early for a 9AM service appointment. I was processed in a couple of minutes before 9. My oil change and tire rotation took just under two full hours to complete. I recognize that staffing problems occur unexpectedly, but I will probably find a different Jeep dealership to service my vehicle.
