MY service manager was changed mid service, which I understand could happen. My truck was there for 8 days. Only a portion of my items were addressed. The truck came back dirtier than when I dropped it off. There is a huge greasy handprint on my hood from where they closed it and there is a black grease stain on my leather seat.

Service tech said he checked air filter. No way that happened because filter was filthy. I had to come back up to GV Ford and Tyler J got the filter replaced.
