According to Jorge they were unable to replace my AC Compressor under warranty because when filled up wiith refrigerant again it operated within spec. I was frustrated because for over a month now the compressor has been clicking on and off and had been putting wear on the AC clutch on the compressor due to a faulty repair job made on my AC system by your service team. I cant help but to think that this compressor will go out within a year and my warranty will not exist at that point. For the price I payed for this simple on top of the engine compressor replacement ($1500 for realistically a $800 job) I was hoping for better treatment and warranted replacement of item I payed for. Instead they said the compressor was still technically good. So I asked what test did they perform to diagnosis it good, and he didn’t have an answer. Calls me back 3 hrs later and says the shop foreman said it was good. Which really wasn't my question. I cant help but thinking that you guys are being cheap and not doing a loyal customer a solid for a warranty thats under reasonable doubt that it could go bad.

Austin Terry was so beyond helpful. Coming from Iowa and being a younger girl it is hard to find a trusting auto shop to get repairs done and he made me feel at ease. Came in last minute on a busy Friday and they assisted me with getting a loaner vehicle for my birthday weekend and kept me up to date on my car. After picking up my vehicle he went over everything that was worked on my car and help me understand and went over ways to prevent from issues happening sooner. Reliable has gained a loyal customer! Not only did they not patch or take a screw in one of my tires they blatantly lied to me to tell me that it was patched to just get a flat tire two days later. Thank you Discount Tire! After rotating my tires, I leave and my whole truck shakes when I got up to 50 miles an hour. I understand wanting to get me out of the end of business day on a Saturday but sending me on my way after rotating my tires back to say..... “you have a shaved tire” does not exude confidence on anyone at this store. Pete was a nice enough guy but I think the mechanics that work for him should not be in a hurry to get me out after I made an appointment.
