It was very difficult getting a hold of anyone at the dealership. Then I was lied too and told my vehicle was done. I showed up and it hadn’t even been touched. This is after it sat at the dealership for 5 days. I will never use this dealership again.

ever again. Tim needs to be re-educated on how to treat a client.
I was not happy.
Tim never came up to me, when I delivered my loaner car, I sat for a very long time on the bench. I then decided to take a phone call. But afterwards, I decided to get up and inquire about my car.
It made me feel unimportant, to be being ignored.
There was no excuse for this behavior.
