Brad Hallock is the only reason that I bring my vehicles to midway service department. I have tried to use other service advisors and have been completely disappointed with multiple service advisors that you have at your facility. I work for a large company and manage the fleet of vehicles and I was ready to pull our fleet account from midway until Brad returned. He is the only reason that we are still bringing our company vehicles to Midway Chevy, we definitely 100% will not use the commercial service department. Brad is awesome with his communication and follow through and is very honest when he is giving you the estimate and explaining what is wrong with your vehicles.
