First i called for an appointment. For my sunvisor repair which got broke. And the guy i talk to who told me that i got an appointment didi not put or give confirmation. Go there for the appointment day he gave me and nobody assisted me nor approach me. Second talk to customer service and i told her that they can call me back at 4pm because she said that all service staff are busy to take my call. And waiting for a 4 pm call back. And nobody called. And lastly. For a sunvisor to changed it takes 3 to almost 4 hours to change.nobody just reminding that are you okay. We’re working still on your car or what ever that your praence is there. Your the bad customer service i ever had. We had 3 different cars and only Jeep is the worst. So i am not recommending this place to any of my friends to go to for service

The service itself was awesome. My problem was that when I made the appointment, I told them I needed a ride home and the woman that made the appt. told me to tell the guy that helped me and he would set up. When I got there, they told me that you guys no longer had a shuttle which is understandable due to COVID, but you also didn't offer Uber anymore and that has nothing to do with COVID and that's a contract that you guys probably had with them. I would have arranged for a ride but I ended up having to pay for Uber myself.
