RGD is the BEST!!! Always. Customer service and transparent communications are his expertise. We drive 40 miles to have our car serviced here because of RGD!!! And when we are ready to buy our next Lexus we would not go anywhere else.

I didn’t realize getting a key fob would take as long as it did. I dropped off my car off at 10:15 and was early for my appointment and didn’t get my car back until 11:30. When I got back in my car, someone left a consumed water bottle on my seat. It didn’t belong to me. I will be back tomorrow to pick up floor mats. I hope the service is better.
