The service rep needs to be trained on the concept of customer service instead of being belligerent and condescending to customers. Thank God that the service manager was around and heard part of the discussion. I was able to discuss my concern with him after the service rep blew me off.

Scott was so awesome! His customer service are beyond excellent! In fact, I want to request for him moving forward.
I even commended him today for helping out 2 elderly women, I believe one was at least 95 years old. They were there for quite some time, had a lot of questions & concerns...I mean A LOT! Scott did not waiver at all! He was soo kind, patient, understanding & explained every single question with detail and was just superb with them. It was a breath of fresh air seeing that in your facility, especially with what’s going on in the world. It was nice to see there are still good people out there, & one of them is an employee of yours. Scott should be rewarded or at least be commended.
