Service was great albeit pricy but the representative, Ronnie was very attentive and delineated all aspects of the service. It was a very comfortable and convenient experience. I do trust the quality of Lexus service techs.

I paid for warranty, that was not honored,threw contract. Also paid for repair that should be covered under contract that is still valid. Finance Dept, did have any documentation to prove invalid, contract shows still good thru 11-6-2021 or less than 75000 miles.

I scheduled an appointment early 7am and was immediately told that the system was down and services were limited but I wasn’t told to what exactly. After check in I was offered a rental car free of expense but ended up being charged the full price on my invoice after leaving my car overnight for service. The service agent didn’t even know my name when calling back, and I was so embarrassed going to back and fourth to enterprise for the car rental because the rates were wrong so I had to get them adjusted. The car rental place had to put a hold on my card because they had to create a pending case for the rental due to more miss information from Nissan. Still waiting on my $200 deposit hold from enterprise.

I picked up my car and the tire pressure was still not correct. I told Kyle and he told me that once I drive it that would fix itself. I told him I wanted the tires checked. The guy that took my car back to be recheck was rude and argumentative and I found Kyle to be somewhat combative as well. They brought me my car back and I drove all the way home which is about 35 miles away and the tire pressure is still low in one of my tires. So both Kyle and the other person were wrong. And if they really take the car back to be actually check that means your technicians got it wrong as well. Which is very troubling. Overall this was not a great experience at all. I use to go to Sheila and she was always the best. I’m not sure why but everyone else have been mediocre at best. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I only go because I still have oil changes left.
