Timmey calls and says.. sounds like the tic is coming from bottom of engine.calls back says tic is normal. Ok Timmy where it coming from. Tech don't know Hu! Thought it was normal. Timmy says well you have a 60 thousand mile warranty on the engines sowhen it gets real bad we will fix it then. FIX WHAT THOUGHT IT WAS NORMAL NOW YOU SAYiNG YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS BUT WON'T FIXIT. GOOD GRIEF. Timmy...oh ya we couldn't fell the hesitation either. REALLY HAPPENS EVERY TIME YOU START IT AND GIVE IT THE 1ST INITIAL GAS. LIES, LIES LIES. THEY KNOW WHAT IT IS.

I came in for a gas pump repair with extremely low level of gas for your convenience. I expected that you would have given a full tank or at least much more than I brought the car in with. Considering that the warranty RECALL was your responsibly, you should have provided better service.
