All was good but the battery has only lasted 2 years since I bought the car. I have had the car 4 years and had 2 battery’s put in my car. I’m not impressed with the Ford Focus because I have had the car in the Ford shop about 4 times about my clutch. I won’t buy a Ford again.

Why is it so much for routine services with a vehicle under 3 year old? I love Toyota service package that includes oil changes for up to 36k miles ore 3 years. Lexus should offer something similar.

Brian Guillen the service advisor did an amazing job. He made sure all of my concerns were answered. He was very helpful and had a great customer service. He kept me informed about my vehicle and the issues it was having. Did everything he needed to do on my vehicle and for that I am grateful. He explained in detail what the issues in my vehicle were and what was going to happen. Overall the customer service was exceptional and the vehicle came back great.
