My “Oil Life” status had not been reset by the technician servicing my vehicle. Luckily, I checked before I left the dealership and had to ask an employee to reset it for me. Also, my driver’s seat had been moved and not put back the way I had it.

Not her fault but when I make a service appt well in advance I expect things to be done that day, particularly when all I am asking for is a diagnosis. If you are backed up it isn't the customers issue. We make an appt in advance for a reason. Thank you

Daven Anthony's service was a 10, but the previous week's attempt at service was a 1 at best, and the explanation by Enma was also a 1, definitely not in line with the Lexus reputation. Again, Daven's service and communications was a 10!

Problem not fixed. Advisor was not truthful on more than one occasion. I have lost all trust in the dealership. I have been loyal to the Ford brand because my grandfather worked for Ford for 30 years. At this point I don’t even want my car anymore! The dealership and Ford has let me down. I am very unhappy and am going to make sure people know about my experience.

I brought my car in on June 1 to address a clunking noise that it was experiencing. I was given a rental car which charges I was told were to be covered as the car was still under warranty. My service rep Vicky was Repeatedly difficult to get a hold up, and did not return phone calls in a timely manner. After my car was there for 11 days, I was told that the repairs were not to be covered, could not be completed by the dealership, and I was charged for all 11 days for use of the rental. This is outrageous as I could’ve been told within a day or two that the repairs not to be covered by warranty and it was not a repair that jeep was able to make. This at least would have kept me from incurring unnecessary costs due to having a rental as my car was sitting in a shop not receiving any attention nor repairs.This was extremely misleading. As a loyal customer of Airpark Jeep for over 5 years, having referred countless of friends and family members to them, and having bought two cars from them, I will no longer be returning my business due to this experience which frankly felt like a shakedown. I am contacting the local media for an in-depth view profile on this considering pursuing legal action strictly on principle alone.
