I called about a warranty recall that I received in the mail. I was told to bring my Jeep in for service to correct the problem. The letter that I had received from Jeep stated that there was no resolve to the problem. Being an old notice, when your Service department suggested I bring it in, I figured the problem had been resolved and they would be able to fix it. I brought it in and a couple of hours later was told to come pick it up because they could not fix it. It seems like they would've known that before they asked me to bring it in.
