Christopher was great, he restored my faith in returning to Grapevine Ford for service. My last visit was not a great experience, but Christopher did a great job. Management reached out to me after my last visit but I’ve been so busy I had not had the time to respond. I will write off what happened last time as a one-off event that may be attributed to someone having an off day, not an overall reflection of the entire service team or company. Christopher has restored my faith. I will be back. Please let Christopher know I, as a long time customer, am thankful for his professionalism during my last visit. This last visit certainly was a great and pleasurable experience.

Tyler was great. Attentive and upbeat. Was spot on with his time estimate. He made the experience of having my Ford Escape serviced as good as it could be. Would highly recommend seeing him when referring friends and family to have their cars serviced there.

First, My tech was David and because he didn’t show up I was told I didn’t have an appointment anymore after speaking with the first point of contact in the service line. I called and Eric quickly came out to help me with my vehicle. However, I went for an oil change and to get my two front windows fixed due to when I roll them down the make a horrible squeaky sound. I was told they could fix this issue it was doing it because of the sticker residue when I first purchased. I left my car and was told by Eric it may be ready at 12pm but he will call me and let me know. I dropped my car off and 8am and never received a call back until I myself called at 2pm and was told my tech was busy he would call me back. Still I never received a call back. By 2:30pm I finally just decided to show up. My car was “ready”. I waited about 20min for them to bring around. I get my car back and start driving about half way home I decided to roll down my windows. Still the horrible squeaky sound continued. On both sides. Nothing was fixed. Upset I called back the service department only to be put on hold once again. Finally get ahold of Eric and he says they lubricated the railings for it and cleaned windows. I told him that obviously wasn’t the problem because it’s still making the sound. Did they not check this? Eric response was the checked it multiple times but he had it sitting in the sun for awhile. It was sitting in the sun for awhile “ready” and I couldn’t get a phone call? An update? Simply, Eric tells me just bring it back it’s under warranty. The point was for them to fix that day as it is my only time available right now for a month. Little things like this are NOT taken into consideration. It was not a good first experience.

Every service advisor should adapt Hugh's customer service procedure. It's simple... listen to your customers needs and remedy it with good communication and workmanship. "Old School" still rules.

I was very unsatisfied with my service on Saturday. I drop my vehicle off at 8:15am and verbally gave my phone number to the worker. I never received a phone call when my car was done. I called and was told it would be another 45 minutes. So I waited and again no phone call. Then I got an email later in the day with my quote for the services and when I pick up my car it’s more than what the email said. So I asked why and the guy didn’t answer my question just stated he could give me a discount. Also I was charged for windshield wipers that I never asked for which was $45 extra that I did NOT ask for. The guy didn’t have a response for anything. So I was upset but paid and left. You have lost a customer.
