With having one warranty service technician so I sat for 8 1/2 hours to get a tire pressure sensor replaced while waiting. Didn’t care for that. Sent text to service advisor at noon to see if they had started and didn’t get answer back till 2:30. I could have made other arrangements and come back at a later appointment. Not happy.

Great job by Jesus helping me with my appointment and getting the service done. The work was done fast and I am satisfied. The only issue I have and concern is that my vehicle had tires rotated and a day after this happen one of my Wheel cap covers fell off and now I see another cracked due to screw being on too tight. I have been driving this vehicle daily and none had fallen off now after a tire rotation I have one that fell off and another cracked. I will have to replace both at $30 each on eBay. My vehicle now "jumps" when accelerating after braking. This didn't happen before the vehicle was serviced. Additionally, the cover for my undercarriage has come off twice since my vehicle has been returned. Causing me to lose additional time from work to return the to get this corrected. It's coming off now so I'll be returning to your service department--hopefully for the last time--to correct this same issue.
