Bith times we come for our appointments and they have no idea what we are having done. Have to wait 5-10 minutes to get waited on. Took us an hour and a half to get a rental. And both times we are given a hassle about getting a rental. We were told it was a jeep benefit but we're always made to feel bad about it. Waited an easy 10 minutes outside offices in the heat to get waited on to pick up our vehicle. 2 visits and neither have been pleasant. We drive 2 hours for these appointments. We are checking into local dealerships going forward. They have told us they would be happy to provide the same deal.
