My service advisor, Jody McPhail, made my experience at Grapevine Ford a good one. She let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, arranged a shuttle to take me home, and let me know that a part would need to be ordered. Instead of keeping my car, she let me know that I could drive my vehicle until the part came in. Once the part came in, we arranged a time for me to bring my vehicle back in to replace the part. I definitely recommend using Jody at Grapevine Ford!

Mr. Tony Fears Jr , has always been an outstanding Service Technician when I have put my car in for Service. He is polite, patient, understanding of personal needs for the elderly female. He explains procedures need on the car because of mileage and service required for optimal Service of the car. He always confirms estimates and actual cost upon completion of service. John Otero renewed my faith in your dealership after Vickie almost destroyed it. In 16 years she was our worst experience. Inept, unprofessional, impossible to communicate with and dangerously ill informed. We spent $1500 on an issue that did not solve the problem we came in for. John not only solved that problem by replacing brakes and rotors, but he also was able to give us $200 off the price of that work. John could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, understanding, or competent. He is a true asset to your business.

I paid for the package to get the 30k maintenance. Which included checking the tire pressure among othet things. Tire pressure was low and was not checked. Im concerned that if that wasnt done. What else wasn't. I paid a premium price and now questioning the service.
