When I called the customer service number I was initially told that I didn’t need to make an appointment but when I showed up, I was turned away because you do. I was able to get in a week later. Vicky was great when I got there and I know this isn’t her fault but I was told the oil change was going to take an hour and a half but it turned into a 2 and a half hour appointment. Once I got into my vehicle, the worker who made himself very comfortable in my jeep by completely adjust my seat/steering wheel, also left his half drank water bottle in my cup holder. These individual incidents are something I can understand but the whole experience was disappointing.
