Once the parts came in to repair my Jeep Compass, John was on top of everything. He did everything in his power to get the Jeep repaired as quickly as possible. He kept me informed of what was going on and was very pleasant to work with. All that being said, I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Came in with no appointment, thinking problem could be fixed in a few minutes. Service rep immediately identified the problem, quickly arranged a loaner. I received a phone message later in the day updating me on when car might be ready. Next morning, another call informed me my car was ready for pickup. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
