Carlos is the best. He demonstrated exceptional customer service. Months ago he informed me about my upcoming maintenance and gave an idea what it would cost. I appreciated his recommendation and trusted his expertise. I scheduled last minute on a Friday and was able to schedule the next day in the morning at 9:00. The Service staff are consistently friendly and professional, however I feel Carlos exceeded expectations this time. He was transparent of how long the service would take and I made myself comfortable to work off my laptop for the next few hours. I felt relaxed and at ease that my Altima was getting the best service. The sales men on the floor were also informative about electric vehicles on the lot either pre owned or new. I am in the market to trade in my vehicle next spring so I appreciate their time in answering my questions. Thanks again!!

Victor Morales is not a very good service advisor. Rather than being welcoming and encouraging, he immediately told me there was a chance of rain and did I want to reschedule my Zaktec application. I told him it wasn't raining and I traveled an hour to get there for my appointment, so I was willing to do it. I asked him why I wasn't notified on the possibility that the zaktec wouldn't turn out well if it was raining. No one ever told me this was an issue. He said there were no phone calls made on possible problems with the weathwr. I thought his attitude sucked and it is another example of the crappy service I get from your service advisors. They don't seem to care about anything. I had another issue earlier with a different advisor when I was told 3-4 hours for the appointment and it ended up being over 6 hours. I like your coffee machine, though.

I have already spoken the Manager Dragon and advised that I'm car was dropped off Tuesday night for an appt on Wednesday morning. I did not receive any phone call from Victor regarding my car. I called and was hung up several times which I was advised was a known issue. I left messages for Victor and was promised a call back, but did not receive one. Friday around 430pm I arrived to see if my car was done and Victor was getting into his Hummer leaving as his peer had to flag him down to ask questions regarding my vehicle status. This is the worst service I received with Midway and do not appreciate not knowing what was going on with the service to my car for a week. During this time I was with out a vehicle as well. Please work with your employees and set high expectations to ensure the communication with your customers. Ty
