I have to say, the sales side of the dealership did an outstanding job when i purchased the truck with Mikey. Your service side however was the worst experience i have ever had. I called, left meaaages, was transferred around to god only knows where. NO ONE in your service department ever contacted me about the status of my vehicle. I use the truck for work and needed it asap. After a week and a half i finally callef the sales department and told them to get a message that i was picking the truck up monday regardless if it was fixed. I would like to give a sbout out to William, Rachel, Jose and Blain. All of which are in the sales department and went out of their way to get information and handle this for me. STILL have never once spoken to a service tech and the issue was still not fixed. Make no mistake, I will NEVER use your service department again!

I feel that my vehicle was not diagnosed that you just took my money and told me that my truck has an "internal issue". This is why I brought it there. The odometer didn't change from when I dropped off. I expected a true explanation of what is wrong. Of course it has an "internal issue", that doesn't tell me anything. I was very satisfied with the Service I receive from Alfredo, however I was not at all satisfied with the supervisor Venny Diaz, I called and left messages for him to call me back because I was trying to get an appointment to bring my car in because I was having some trouble with it, however he never called me nor did he ever text me or anything but Alfredo try to get me an appointment to come in and he told me that he would get someone to give me a call back, no one never call , this is the reason why I called the supervisor of service and left him a message to call he never called. I am very disappointed because since 2011 I have purchased three cars from you and you have never had a problem with me paying for them. Thank you FLORA E
