Austin was extremely kind and accommodating to my situation. My new truck was having problems near the end of a 4-day trip from California. To make matters more complicated, I was traveling with a cat. He allowed me to wait and keep my terrified cat in an unused office.

I have come in to Nissan three times since they misplaced a panel/component while repairing my air conditioner. The first time, they told me they needed to order the correct part and would do so, the second time, I was told they ordered the wrong part. The third time I was told AGAIN, the wrong part was ordered and would be reordered and I would be contacted. This was two weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear back and this is not the first time this dealer has messed up or lost something in my car. Extremely dissatisfied. The only saving grace is that the staff is kind.

Pete Roshell is an outstanding Service Manager whom I have been working with for 4 years. He never pressures but he does clearly explain what services are needed on the vehicle and why. I couldn't do the necessary items in May so I delayed them 2 months and just got the most critical items completed today. He is always polite. Returns calls promptly. And completes the vehicle repairs on time or early. He's the best service manager I've ever had from any dealer and is the main reason I always take my Ford back to the dealer for service.

Alfredo always does a great job helping me service my truck I can admit that I am a challenging customer. I have been coming to Grapevine Ford since 2014 and I always leave satisfied very satisfied. I never could get in touch with my advisor Vicki rains, my service bill was not what I was expecting, was something I couldn't afford. No communication or help to find a better deal,option, etc also when I picked my car up my dash said my license plate light bulb was out guess they didn't care to tell me about that or Wanna do anything about it. Just horrible experience, seems like a money pit
