I’ve been trying to fix an issue with my car since the day I bought it. Went in they said it was fine. Issue kept going on. Had to wait 2 weeks till they got me in. Said it was a motor mount after keeping the car for 3 days with no update. Called my service advisor multiple times and he kept dodging me and avoiding my calls. Didn’t return my emails or my voicemails. Finally called Adam and Adam made him call me. Seems like Adam is the only one doing his job there. My advisor finally calls me and said it’s a motor mount and it’s not covered. So I went to pick up the car. After I get there I asked him what my warranty covers and what’s does it say? It said motor mount. So now I have to come back to get it fixed for no reason. Makes me wait till Monday. I come in Monday and he said wait in the lobby it’s ganna be like an hour. Wait the hour and then he comes in and says it won’t be ready till 12 I can I’m at 800 am. So then I wait till 1 still nothing from them. Wait till 2 and he finally comes and says the mechanic is backed up he is just about to start your car. It was now about 330 when I left the dealership. Issue keeps going. Call them and asked to speak to my advisor. Of course he doesn’t pick up his phone again. Left a voicemail and now 3 days later still no response. Called again and no response today again. I’m honestly done with this place and regret buying a 27k car from them when it runs like a total mess and keeps shaking and vibrating. Service has no idea what it is and just keep giving me the run around. Only thing that made my day pleasant was some nice lady who was in charge of the service ratings I believe her name was Teresa . She was really sweet and super attentive. She And adam are one of the nicest people there. If it wasn’t for them I would have lost my mind.

This is my second expedition in 4 years… I had a Toyota before these two cars. I have tried the service department at 3 ford dealerships. The person service has never met the service I received from Toyota. However, yesterday Chris handled my walk in (drive in :) appointment & I finally felt valued as a Ford owner. Chris went above & beyond to welcome me, take car of my routine service needs & sent my daughters on our way in a timely manner. I was driving 40 mins another direction for ford service when I drive right pass your dealership daily for volleyball.
