The car that was said to have been fixed, in a worse situation that it was before it was turned in. I am very unsatisfied with the service and with Nissan Cerritos as a whole. I need a loner car now because the Nissan Versa that was not fixed and sounds completely worse. Plus I need to go to work and this is becoming a bigger issue than it already is. I am not happy am upset ???? and very disappointed.

It's been my experience that the advisors, mechanics and supervisors dont know what they're doing or don't care, I've taken my vehicle 4 times for the same issue and it hasn't been fixed, overall cerritos nissan has the worst service department, I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
