Joey Cortez was so wonderful with us. We were upset because our air conditioning went out. They told us in Tehachapi it would be sixteen hundred dollars to fix. Joey said it was still under factory warranty so we drove to Bakersfield. We are so thankful to have a dealership we can trust and that takes such good care of its customers. Everything I needed was taken care of. Only negative was that I purchased the car with the steering and wheel balance issue. Not knowing unitl driving my aunt's same model car and feeling the difference. This was after the sales rep that sold me the car told me that all issues were checked and taken care of as part of the car being certified. It was an inconvenience to have to pay for that service to have the issue corrected. I am satisfied with how the car now performs after being serviced. The service department did an amazing job and I will be returning for future maintenance.

The issue I have been having is still there. It's not any of the service advisors fault, but the car, and why it's not spitting anything out to help define why I'm having the problem in the first place. It's like the chicken or the egg, which came first??? The car says its having a problem, but yet it's not.
