My appointment was at 11:30 am and my car wasn’t ready until 1 pm. My car leaked all the oil in front of my house when I called the gentleman I talked to was ride. He told me to drive it back to have it looked at and to make sure I got there before 3 their closing time if not I’d have to wait until Monday. He made it seem like it was my fault he should of taken responsibility for the mistakes your service department made. When my husband asked to talk to a supervisor he laughed, I personally didn’t find anything funny. The supervisor did make things better we had our Santa Fe towed and we got a loaner car.

Went for an oil change. I have the malfunction light on. It did not go off. That is a separate diagnostic service. However, why is it on? There could be something serious wrong or a warning that something is about to happen. Don’t seem to care. Asked for transmission fluid to be checked. There is no “dip stick”. Told it is checked in accordance with the mileage. ???? So the only way to check if the transmission is good, is to spend money - when the old way was check with a dip stick. I am disappointed - no concrete answers.
