Joey Cortez was very patient and a wonderful help! He saw the distress I was facing with my vehicle today and did everything possible to ensure a pleasant experience. However, I was not expecting a tire change to take 4 hours to complete. I was unable to reach home until midnight. I do want to note that this is not Joey’s fault! He was very accommodating and brightened an otherwise gloomy day!

When I first bought my 2016 Tucson, I had to take it in for an oil change and I was so unhappy with how the service department ran that I’ve vowed never to buy a Hyundai again as long as I lived in Bakersfield. I had to bring my vehicle in for recalls the other day. I was not only pleasantly surprised, but shocked, at the changes that have been made in your service department since I was last in. My car was not ready for pickup on Thursday and now I have to drop it back off when I get back from vacation. It was dropped off Monday (6/3) for a Tuesday morning appointment. Parts were not in (SD card and shocks), so car was left until Thursday. Not only was I out my car for 3 days, but I had to go out of town without a navigation system (no SD card). Car is still having some of the same issues as before the technology was "fixed".
