I gave Mr. **** a coupon I had for a car wash and vacuum.
Once we were in the car driving we noticed the car had not been vacuumed or washed. I called Mr. **** to inform him the car had not been washed nor vacuumed. I thought he would say okay sorry bring it back or we will include on next visit but that's not what he said AT ALL. He proceeded to tell me the car was washed and vacuum was not included. I tried to tell him the coupon stated wash and vacuum and you didn't even wash it. So my boyfriend got so angry about the way I was being spoken to in the phone that he turned around and went back to the service department. We asked Mr. **** to come out and look at the car for himself which he refused to do and now says we will wash it again.
Well now sir, did you mean I'm sorry ma'am for talking over you instead of listening and for calling you a liar and refusing to do my job no..... I made him give me my coupon back since the job didn't get done. While we're are speaking with Mr. **** the other service guy is standing there snickering.
Well, I'm glad you guys think it's so funny to piss if your customers.
