First, the front parking sensors are currently inoperable. These sensors were functioning correctly prior to the service. I request that your team inspect and rectify this issue.
Second, the next service reminder sticker was not placed on the front door windshield. Kindly ensure this documentation is completed with the recommended month and mileage for the subsequent service interval.

Overall great service. Really appreciate how thoroughly they cleaned my car (interior was vacuumed which was much needed because of all the kids’ crumbs). Only thing was there may have been a miscommunication with shuttle driver and service advisor, as I had indicated I would not be available until a certain time to get picked up due to a work teleconference. They were waiting at my door, which was nice of them anyways.
