Randy Auyeung kept me posted early mornings and late afternoons on the status of my car which I really appreciated so I can manage my time. I understand that the dealership has COVID protocols to keep customers safe and comfortable. But when I dropped off my car on October 7, the lady who arranged for my loaner made me feel like I was the one with COVID and she looked terrified. I was offended by the way I was treated. If she feels paranoid, then she should not work with the public. The

Randy kept me informed along the way of getting my car serviced. Soon after I called about my car problem, he texted and called me to let me know next steps and that he’d be overseeing my car. He let me know when my car was towed in. Later that same day, he called me with an update, clearly explaining to me what was going on and that it should be ready the next morning; that he’d call. He called before 9 am, went over all found and not found; again in a clear manner. I especially appreciated that I did not feel patronized. Instead he talked with me professionally and pleasantly.

I had to wait 3 hours for the left front running light and windshield wipers to be changed. Eric said the car was ready earlier but no one noticed that I was waiting so I ended up waiting longer. The dash board said “system problem” but Eric didn’t say anything until I was ready to leave and I noticed the alert. He then said “I saw that when you brought the car.” I’m not sure why he didn’t do anything about it or what to do to fix it until I asked as I was getting ready to leave. It shows a lack of follow up and consideration for the customer.
