it's something minor. But, it indicates you don't care about the detail. I was told the remote battery will be replaced and I agree to pay for the premium price. Since it's way more expensive, I expect my battery will be installed in my remote. Instead, it is in my cup holder sealed in the original package right next to my key when I got home. I did feel disappointed.
