I used to love coming to Putnam and was always satisfied with the service, until the last 3 visits. I feel like there is complete lack of communication. The last 3 visits it was really hard for me to get my car back, I had to call multiple times to check on the status of my car. This toast visit I had to call twice, 1 st time they didn’t know what was happening with my car, I asked them to call me back ASAP because I had to go to work no one called, I waited for an hour and then called. I was upset I asked to speak to a manager Laura told me all managers were on lunch and some one will call me back, I came over and picked up my car, then I had to call because I had questions about my car report. It’s sad that your service has gone down so significantly since I first started taking my car to you
