I was told had to call
Main Lexus to get approval fir charges on replacement actuator
Spent lots of time on hold , couldn’t reach case manager after multiple calls causing major delays
Finally told Mario to work on approval and after this things went smoothly
In future recommend that you work on approvals for client and don’t ask them to try to work with central Lexus division

They need to let customers know that Shuttle service is only on an approximate schedule - they told me my shuttle might be late - I had to wait almost an hour and then just took an Uber. If they had let me know an ETA THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NOCE. I had business meetings scheduled and this was extremely frustrating. The customer service guy who answered the phone ( I called twice to try and get an ETA) sounded like he was either stoned or really slow and couldn’t care less. All in all a very frustrating experience - made me consider going elsewhere for service.

The only thing I have to comment on is that I asked for help on some settings. Apparently in the late afternoon when I picked up my car, most of the technicians had gone home. So the woman behind the desk told me to drive around to the front and wait for someone from the showroom to come help me. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came, so I just left. I don't know if they forgot about me. I have an injured knee and I didn't want to deal with going back to the service desk for help.

Brought my car in on a Tuesday and couldn't get any information on the status of my car until Friday after numerous calls to the Service Dept. Will never bring my car to this Dealership again, very disappointed.
