Zach provided good service, but whoever was assigned to put in a simple battery replacement left the rubber around hood out and did not put it back in place and closed my hood with the rubber part hanging out. Please ask your team working on the cars to be more careful. The rubber could have broken. Also, no one who washed or drove the car out noticed the rubber hanging out too.

Service was great! My only complaint was that on dropping my vehicle in my driveway (a service that I do appreciate), whoever did so left my keys in an unsecured mailbox on my street - with no notice given to me that it was being done. This was unnerving to say the least. Once again my dealings with staff at Putnam were positive, the only down being dropping my car with out notifying me (FYI I was home and if someone rang the bell I am surprised I wouldn't have heard it).
