Greg was amazing, providing everything I needed and more when warning lights went on late on Friday afternoon. He got the car in right away and provided me with a loaner. The next day he returned it, having run the tests, completed routine servicing that was due(at my request since it was in anyway, washing it and even vacuuming the trunk. On the other hand, the man who answered the phone might benefit from some customer service training.

It isn't Mario's fault. It is ridiculous that Lexus has no solution for batteries going dead because the car was not used for a week. That means I'd be stranded at the airport if I parked there for a week trip!

I just want to commend the manager, Greg Dong for saving the day. He accommodated me the way, I would expect a great manager would do. When I went to Lexus Putnam Service Center in Redwood City, a certain guy told me that the service center is closed and he said, “You might as well go to a Vulcanizing Shop to have your wheel with nails repaired.” So I went to the information center, who explained to me that this is the first time they closed shop on Monday and Sunday, and guy told me to return on Tuesday to have the tire repaired, when I just recently purchased it, the vehicle being the 2021 Lexus, when I arrived the following day on Tuesday, a different guy approaches and asks me what the problem is. I explained the problem and he checked the computer, then return to me to say that there was no way to repair the tire as I didn’t have an appointment. Firstly, no one told me I needed and appointment. Secondly, I bought warranty on the vehicle to be fixed. I asked to speak with the manager. Greg Dong (manager) stepped in and facilitated the repair, asking me to wait in the lounge. It took 2 hrs to wait for the service. I hope next time, the service from everyone who was not Greg Dong would be better.
