I was happy with my service advisor, Mario, as he is always kind and professional with me when I take my car there. I was not impressed with the job that was done cleaning my car at the end of the service. The interior was not touched at all save for a bit of vacuuming of only the front and rear seats and there were streaks of water and leftovers of dust on my car on the exterior. I’m disappointed with the lack of luxury feeling this dealership has when compared with other Lexus dealerships such as the one where I purchased my vehicle.
