Asked for help to retrieve lost key under seat. I am 72 with bad neck and it is hard to bend and look under seat. Fred said technician could not find and that seat may have to come out which would cost a few hours of labor. When I got home I got flashlight and looked under black plastic piece that covered a metal control box and noticed edge of key fob under box. I used wire hook to pull out. Technician must not have looked very hard.

You had the car for four hours, two lights to change. You called twenty mins before we were to pick it up to tell me one of the lights is a $69 part and do we want to go with it. Turns out you have to order the part, but why wait three and a half hours to even ask. If you had even looked at it before then you would have known. It just seems you had the car for three hours before you even looked at it
