I was not told that cash was not accepted. Fortunately I had credit card with me and was able to get my car. This incident could have been unpleasant, your agent did not hesitate when I asked how much the service would cost but nothing was said about "cash not accepted."

You sent me a text message listing $7k of work needed without even a phone call to discuss options. This vehicle has $129k miles on it. Just because I am female and a senior, don’t think I have no idea of the value of this vehicle because I do. Only a fool would put $7k into it. You could have talked to me and maybe I would have looked at something to trade it in on at Lexus Putnam. That’s why I came there. But that is not happening. We have owned 5 Lexus vehicles. It’s all I have driven for the last 30 years but I’m done. I have never been so insulted. I should have stayed at Serramonte or Concord Lexus where I purchased last 2 vehicles. My mistake.
