Everything is great, except that I didn't receive a reminder until I realized the first service is overdue and called. Used to receive reminder prior to the appointment/service in the past years.

The service team is helpful, respectful and informative. I have owned many cars up to the present. I have tried support for each at the dealership but never lasted more than 1-2 appointments there. Then I would look for independent mechanics to get the help I needed. That has not been the case with my 2 Lexus cars. I have done everything possible to have all service done at the dealership.
