I am very grateful to Putman Lexus. I have an upcoming surgery at UCSF. Anatasia and Alma were very flexible with my requested change in schedule for service, with much patience and understanding.
Furthermore, Alma arranged to have my Lexus delivered to my home the day before my surgery. So I could focus on pre-op preparation, which lasts one whole day at home.

I've been to many other Lexus dealers & the service and experience has always been the best at Putnam Lexus.
My advisor Randy Solomon always does a great Job I really love his communication skills.
I hope this dealer never shuts down or goes out of business.
I remember taking my first 98 Lexus GS400 to this dealer around back in 2001 for an oil change & by far the experience is better than all other dealers.
I'm on my 4th Lexus & looking forward to my 5th.
