For a long time I’ve noticed that I’m returning a car. Your service has turned off the automatic lights. It’s only a matter of time until someone will start their car not knowing these lights are off.
Could be dangerous. Rare, the dangerous when it happens almost a certain lawsuit If the results are bad.

Alma was great. Unfortunately, my car was returned with grease smudges on the center consul and the drivers seat. Not so good. I really expect more from Lexus.
