The car was taken in on a Saturday. The team did their best to address the noise issue but after receiving the car within 5 minutes of driving, I noticed the noise was back. After that, the car was kept at the dealership from Saturday to Friday and the team was not able to identify the problem. We have been driving the car for a while now and can certainly notice a sound in the cabin.

In past service my wife was told the car needed expensive items that were clearly not warranted. Further, they quoted prices that were as much as 10 times the market price for these items. It seems that when I bring the car in, these items never come up. We could be mistaken, but there appears to be an extreme bias involved.

My multi-point vehicle inspection says my tires were balanced all around at 33 psi mileage at inspection 31435.
At present mileage is 31466. Tire pressure readings are as follows:
Front left/right = 39 psi
Rear left = 41psi
Rear right= 40psi
Concerned this oversight might be repeated else where in this service appointment.
