Sales could not give me my car back when I came in to return my loaner. The hours listed on the site are misleading — service closes earlier than 7 pm. The sales department was also unable to leave a message for the service department.

Mario was very professional and polite. He explained thoroughly all the service details and answered my questions. He made sure that I had a shuttle ride arranged since I didn’t request loaner car in advance. Called me when the car was done being serviced and arranged a shuttle to pick me up ASAP since I had an upcoming appointment elsewhere. Overall, it was an excellent experience .
