David was very professional and made sure I was well informed about the service necessary.

Service was BEYOND amazing, and honestly I regret using Cartelligent to buy my car! We have used them 6 times in 10 years and they are great but…honestly I love the car and the service and next time I am coming direct to you! David was wonderful: explained some unanticipated charges so well and everyone behind the desk was amazing. Without exception. I don’t know who manages this particular dealer but whoever she or he is, they are doing a fabulous job! I was raving to my husband and he was like “Who ARE you? You usually HATE dealing with this ????!” ????????

Benjamin and the mechanic crew did a great job. I was disappointed with the unprofessionell and low quality customer service provided at the checkout and car loaner desk. The two ladies I've encountered there refused to write up a new car loan contract despite taking me around the yard for 15 minutes to locate the vehicle, asking and arguing with multiple employees in the process. The young lady then gossiped about her team member's performance in front of myself and other clients. When asked to provide a different, available vehicle, she displayed a negative attitude, explained to me that she'd have to write up an entire new contract and that it would take too much time. To make things worse she referred to me and other waiting clients as "this guy is waiting for his car". The lack of maturity and professionalism is disappointing considering this is a Lexus dealership. The same experience occurred when I returned the loaner vehicle. I parked the car in the client parking space, not knowing where to deposit the vehicle. The client service lady rolled her eye and gave me attitude that it wasn't driven into the service alley. I don't think this is how a client should be treated who has just spent $2000 at your dealership. It was a disappointment and will make me question whether I would consider coming back in the future.
