he was very welcoming. even though we were late for our appt, he never made mention of it and acted as if we arrived early.
he told us how long to expect to keep our car for service.
he offered their lounge but we went to look at the new cars in the showroom.
he personally looked for us and got us from the showroom notifying us the car was already done.
