I still don’t have documentation that the interior Zaktek has been completed. The service tech that was there when I picked my vehicle up indicated they don’t do an interior zaktek. However, the documentation I received when I purchased the car clearly indicates the interior is covered. Dealing with this issue is getting frustrating. I keep getting different answers, people have not returned calls, etc. my salesman was great, but the service after the sale is making us rethink if we want to return to Grapevine when my wife begins looking for a new car.

The only experience I have had with Grapevine Ford is through your service department and specifically with Aaron McBride. Aaron called me everyday with updates on the progress of my Raptor’s diagnoses and repair. As a business owner myself I know how some key people can make a significant difference. I can only hope that this comment is read and fully expresses my appreciation for the above and beyond effort provided by Aaron McBride and John Gongre. They listen to effectively understand what’s going on and do their best to fix it. I had a tricky problem to diagnose, my truck would only begin to malfunction after a 20 drive. Aaron’s tech John Gongre figured out what was happening with the throttle body after we tried a couple of other worn out parts. After the repair he offered to drive my truck back and forth from home to make sure it was fixed this time. They are an affective team and I appreciate the work they have done for me. When I am ready for another truck my first dealership to look at will be Grapevine Ford and it will be because of the excellent service I have received from Aaron McBride and John Gongre. Thank You! We had the worst experience with the customer service agent. We had taken our vehicle for a 30,000 mile service and had an appointment for 7am on Friday morning. We met Michael and he quoted us a price of $1100 for it and we did agree to do the service at that time. But as soon as we left within 7 minutes we called and told the lady who answered that we have changed our mind and would like to downgrade it to jus the oil change because we couldn’t afford to pay $1100 at this time. We get a call from michael within 5 min and he yells at us and says how we could change our minds and that it was ridiculous and he had never had that happen. He literally yelled at us and hung up on us and then again called back and proceeded to belittle us and tell us that our vehicle was already in the bay and had been drained off the fluids (within the 10-15min) when he VERY clearly told us that there were 18 cars ahead of us ans it would be few hours before they could get to our SuV. He blatantly lied that the transmission fluid was drained and that we would have to pay for that service which we agreed because we were still being yelled at. For a $35 dollar service we were charged $300 . I don’t know if our vehicle was indeed worked on or not and if it infact was being worked on then why were we called at 2pm to pick it up. Our previous experience with grapevine lincoln was very good and we were very shocked about the way we were treated.

The one special thing I liked about Bob was that he never gave up trying to do the very best for me. He fought on my behave at the ford corporate level and at the dealer ship level. I only wish my divorce lawyer had worked that hard for me????

Had an 8:30 appointment. Showed up at 8:28. Was greeted and told that car would be ready by 10:40 for a warranty alignment. Was waiting in the Cafe and at 10:20 went to check on the progress. They had not even touched or started work on the car. Took it to NTB and just paid for an alignment. Made an appointment there and car was on lift within 15 min. Now I feel you should make this right by paying me back the $100 I had to pay for an alignment on a car with 1500 miles and 3 months old that is a garage queen. Tim ****-****-xxxx.
