Just moved to Texas and came in for the 2nd time for a slow leak in the right rear tire on my 2017 Fusion and it took forever. Everybody was up front having a party while all the customers were all in the back waiting for them to finish patting themselves on the back. The least you could have done was to invite all the customers who were waiting to join them. Just sold my F350 and a was looking at a new truck. Stood up front for some time before somebody even noticed me and then got the runaround. On top of that as I am writing this my Fusion is having the same problem for the 3rd time. I am so dreading having to come back to Grapevine Ford and will be looking to buy my new truck elsewhere.

Robert Leininger is excellent at his job and puts the customer first.
He took the time to reach out to me and see if I had any questions or concerns about the process. When I did, he informed and explained every aspect to me clearly and concisely.
He wasn’t judgmental or pushy like the sales staff. (Obvious reason why the dealership is reviewed poorly.)
He seemed to be the ONLY one who cares professionalism. Which is ‘odd’ since people go there to spend thousands of dollars...
Robert is the only reason I’d ever step foot in the dealership again.
The dealership should be grateful to have such a fantastic member in their midst.
