When driving two warning lights came on. Air bag and traction. New tires and thought they should have armoral applied or at least clean? Still had soap on them from install.

I am so glad Jody took care of my vehicle. The complaint I had on it today was the same complaint that I had before and she listened to us and took into consideration our thought on the probable cause of the issue. Previously I felt like I was ignored and thus the issue continued. So, kudos to Jody for listening to her customers and making us happy. BTW, the cause of the issue WAS what I told my initial service rep but I guess they didn’t think I had a clue about it.

Car was dirty upon pickup. Mud was on drivers side door panel and the inside of the vehicle. Mud was not there upon drop off that morning. Car wash at dealership is pointless. Doesn’t really wash anything. Just throws water on your vehicle. I really wish dealership would vacuum the car as well. Takes 1-2 minutes and costs almost nothing.
