I was quoted a $900 repair for a part that can be found on the internet for $50 bucks and some super glue.
My vehicle is a Raptor with 50k miles on it and less than 2 years old. Dealership’s unwillingness to press the issue with Ford for coverage on this issue is a symptom of a self serving business that does not place customers first.
The experience made me feel like I was getting ripped off.
Would not recommend the dealership to my network of contacts.

Josh did his job and focused on me the customer. However the person who took my appointment really missed the boat. When I explained to her that I needed to be to work by 7 or shortly after she told me to be at the dealership by 6:30 - 6:45 and Josh could get me in and out and I would be a little late....but my appointment was logged for 9:00 on his schedule... who would do that?
