Scheduled appt when the service tech was not available to do the work based on the backlog of other vehicles so we had to be without the car for 2 days unnecessarily. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Jason was not there and no one seemed interested in helping. Had to wait a long time to ge the car and pay...you were unable to find the key for the car.
